Michael Brumpton is currently begining a new ministry, (Bush Disciples).

He grew up at "Tenomby", Goondiwindi, QLD. He trained at the Dalby Agricultural College, before returning to "Tenomby" to work. In 1992, he returned to the Dalby Agricultural College as an instructor in farm field operations. In 2002, he answered God's call on his life to begin training for the ministry.  Graduating from the Trinity Theological College in Brisbane, Michael accepted a call to St George in South Western Queensland to begin ministry in January, 2005.

In 2012, he believed The Lord was saying it was time to leave the Uniting Church and for a short time returned to his roots of working in the agricultural industry.

In 2013, Michael stepped out into a new ministry of Bush Disciples.  This is a new non-denominational Christian Church, based in St George and also servicing Begonia, Dirranbandi and Westmar districts. Please visit www.bushdisciples.church to learn more about this ministry.

Michael Brumpton and Noeleen Johnston have teamed up to write some Praise and Worship songs. They can be found on the compositions page.
